DAY ONE

Before anyone hires you, there are a few pieces that need to exist behind the scenes: the structure, tools, and decisions that make this feel like an actual business.

Today, you'll run through the Foundations Checklist: every piece your business needs to have in place to function legitimately and professionally. You'll knock out what's missing, audit what you've already got, and tighten up anything that isn't quite right.

You'll walk away with: A real business structure underneath you—and the confidence that nothing critical has slipped through the cracks.

The Client

DAY TWO

You've heard you need to "get specific about your ideal client" a thousand times. But knowing she drinks pumpkin spice lattes isn’t going to help you sell anything.

Today, you'll go deeper—into their actual problems, real fears, the desires they don’t say out loud, and the thoughts running through their head when they’re lying awake at 11 pm wondering if anything is ever going to change. The kind of insight that makes your offers feel like they were built specifically for them—because they were.

You'll walk away with: An ideal client profile rich enough that writing offers, messaging, and content for this person becomes the easiest part of your week.

The Offer

DAY THREE

You probably already have an idea of what you want to sell—maybe a 12-week coaching package, maybe a group program, maybe something else. But there's a big difference between having an offer and having a high-converting one.

Today, you'll build the version that sells: priced with intention, packaged in a way that feels like a clear yes, and described in language that lands without you having to be a copywriting expert. 

You'll walk away with: A defined, named, packaged offer you can confidently put in front of the right person.

The Experience

DAY FOUR

The client experience doesn't start at onboarding. It starts the moment someone first hears about you—through a referral, a podcast, a search, a post, whatever. Every touchpoint between that first impression and her final session is part of the experience you're delivering.

Today, you'll map the whole journey: what happens when someone discovers you, how they inquire, what onboarding looks like, how the engagement flows, and how it ends. Not the version you've stitched together by accident—the version you intentionally designed.

You'll walk away with: A documented client experience you can deliver consistently… and that makes people want to refer you.

The Plan

DAY FIVE

You've spent four days building. Today is about putting it to work for you.

Using everything you developed about your ideal client, you'll craft a marketing plan that's actually doable for you—rooted in where your audience already spends their time, designed around how you like to show up, and focused on the moves most likely to convert. Not "be everywhere all at once” or simply “be consistent”. A specific plan, tailored to you and your ideal client.

You'll walk away with: A clear marketing strategy you can start executing on Monday, plus the Campfire Call to close out the week and celebrate what you built.

Wait—is this an actual camp?

Ha, eww no 😝 Camp Client-Ready is a 5-day virtual challenge—everything happens online, from wherever you are.

The "camp" piece is about the structure: a counselor (me), a group going through it together, daily activities, prizes, and a Campfire Call to close out the week. No bunks. No bug spray. And no questionable cafeteria food.

How does this work?

This is a 5-day virtual challenge. Each day has a theme and a menu of activities. You pick the one that's most relevant to where you are right now.

That way, you're not sitting through content you don't need—you're picking the activity that fills an actual gap. And every day produces something real: a document, a decision, a workflow, or a piece of your business finally set up.

By Friday, you’ll be Client-Ready.

What do I need to participate?

A laptop, internet access, and a willingness to make a few decisions you’ve probably been putting off. A few of the Day 1 setup items involve tools that have a small monthly cost—professional email, scheduling, that kind of thing—but I’ll walk you through what your business actually needs.

Is this live or self-paced?

Both actually—the daily activities are designed for you to complete on your own schedule, so you don’t have to be online at a specific time every day. Then, on Friday, there will be a live Campfire Call with hot seat coaching and live Q&A. If you can't make it live, you'll get the recording.

What's the daily time commitment?

Plan for 1–3 hours. Some days will be faster, especially if you're further along. Some will take longer if you're starting from scratch. The goal here is real work, not busywork—so the time you put in is directly tied to what you walk away with.

What if I fall behind during the week?

You have 30 days of access to everything, including the Campfire Call recording. So if Tuesday gets away from you because life is being rude, you have time to catch up. Camp is set up as a 5-day challenge because momentum matters, and so does doing this alongside other people who are in it with you.

The 30-day access window is intentional, though. This isn’t meant to become another resource library you save for later; it's a build week. The goal here is to leave with a finished foundation, not a folder of materials you'll get to “someday”.

Can’t I just Google this stuff or ask ChatGPT?

Sure—but with love, you've had access to both of those for a while now, and you're still here. What Camp gives you is a proven sequence built specifically for coaching businesses, templates to speed things up, and a group of people crossing the finish line with you.
